Jack S. Silver and Shirley M. Silver
Jack is the President of Siar Capital LLC. SIAR is a family office responsible for managing exclusively the Silver’s family capital. It also coordinates the family’s philanthropic activities, which are oriented to Jewish needs as well as the Humanities and the Arts.
Shirley is the Co-founder of Jack & Shirley Center for Children with Special Needs at Jewish Community Center in Manhattan. The center has grown tremendously in the past dozen years with numerous programs for individuals ages 4-50. Shirley also helped launch and continues to support the Reel Abilities film festival at JCC Manhattan.
